Business background, services, and goals.
We manage and own two golf courses in Jõelähtme, near Tallinn in Estonian Golf & Country Club, with the main season lasting from March to October.
What challenges or needs did you face that led you to look for a solution like Workland?
As we run a seasonal business, during the autumn-winter-spring period we need an office in the city on a daily basis, where we can delve into matters in privacy and if necessary, also receive guests in a respectable manner. During the season, we have used the Workland office once a week for so-called “working days”, to work in silence.
How is Workland helping your business?
It allows me to concentrate on my work and I do not need a person (or 20 contractual partners) to handle everything else so that we can work.
Depending on your own specific needs when looking for a space, what are the main advantages and disadvantages of Workland compared to other similar office spaces?
I do not have to worry about anything! It’s all here, starting from furniture up to cleaning and other support services.
What are three words that describe your experience at Workland?
Decent
Presentable
Efficient.
What other types of businesses would you encourage to move into Workland?
Companies with open offices and people moving around a lot, where there is a need for privacy to be able to concentrate. Smaller enterprises, who are still growing and whose need for space might change quickly.
