Business background, services, and goals.

I work as a freelance consultant in communication. I help enterprises and teams with media relations, content creation, partnership projects, event management and social media planning.

What challenges or needs did you face that led you to look for a solution like Workland?

While working as a freelancer - meaning mostly alone from home - I started to miss working in a workplace. Having a place that is designated to take care of business and also having people around me during the working day. I am quite a people person - chatting at the coffee machine or sharing random ideas with others is inspiring to me and gets me going. Therefore I started to look for a suitable solution for a freelancer.

How is Workland helping your business on a daily basis?

A big part of Workland’s charm is its location. Also, the atmosphere here supports professional work. I’m very happy with the opportunity to focus 100% on my work, free of any distractions. Whenever I need to clear my head, I can always head to the kitchen and chat with the representatives of other companies. There are many goal-oriented people to discuss and share new ideas with.

Depending on your own specific needs when looking for space, what are the main advantages and disadvantages of Workland Vabaduse compared to other similar office spaces?

I really appreciate the central location – it’s easy and convenient to come and go and invite business partners to come for a meeting. I dig the get-things-done atmosphere – everyone focuses on their jobs, and therefore everyone else is influenced and follows the lead. I also like that it’s not so much focused on the start-up world – the events organised are also relevant to other businesses/people. That makes it easy for me to blend in.

What are three words that describe your experience at Workland?

  1. Easy

  2. Comfortable

  3. Meeting my needs

What other types of businesses would you encourage to move into Workland?

I think it’s a suitable space and community for almost everyone – freelancers, designers, creative teams and small companies. I believe everyone could benefit from being part of the community if they set their eye on it.
