1) A wish to differentiate more between home and work. Also, the need for a social environment and a feeling of team spirit.
2) To bring greater business thinking and positive routines into one’s activities. An office environment promotes greater discipline.
3) A place where business meetings can be held with partners.

How is Workland helping your business?
It provides freedom - I can come and go at any time. The single fee includes all standard activities and costs related to maintaining an office, which I no longer have to deal with, thereby allowing me to focus on my principal activity.
I enjoy the location in the City Centre and the clean rooms. Silence (internal procedures) is also important.
What are three words that describe your experience at Workland?
Freedom, cleanliness, simplicity.
What other types of businesses would you encourage to move into Workland?
Small businesses, who tinker about at home, either alone or in pairs.
