What does Eduist do?
At Eduist, my mission is simple: to make meetings work! I create collaboration spaces where goals are met, time is respected, and everyone feels heard. Whether it’s a meeting, workshop, or event, I design and guide the process so you can focus on contributing. And yes, I can also teach your team to do the same – so meetings actually become something you look forward to. Because let’s be honest, meetings should be a place where real work gets done!
What recent achievement, event, or initiative are you particularly proud of?
Recently, I joined the Tallinn Business Incubator, which has been a game-changer for Eduist. I’ve had the chance to meet inspiring people, learn from brilliant mentors, and take concrete steps to grow my business.
How would you best describe your work style and professional approach?
My work style is a mix of structured and goal-oriented, but also creative, flexible, and fun. Every collaboration starts with listening and empathy so that the solution truly meets the team’s specific needs. With every client, I am fully there to serve the team’s needs and gladly share my knowledge and skills to make your work more meaningful. At the same time, I love to keep things energizing and engaging, because real results don’t have to come from serious faces only.
Which habits bring you success?
Consistency, open communication, and continuous reflection. I try to learn from every team and co-operation and adapt my methods based on what actually works. Oh, and sleep, lots of good quality sleep!
What does a typical workday look like, and how do Workland’s solutions meet your needs?
My workdays are quite diverse, from client discussions and workshop preparation and facilitation to strategic planning for the company.
