What does KAGU do?
At KAGU, we like to say we’re a creative agency without the baggage. Founded by Katriin and Gunnar Hunt, we build dream teams on-demand—tailored squads of creatives, strategists, and doers, handpicked to fit each project like a glove.
Our mission? To bring bold ideas to life through smart, purpose-driven collaboration. We believe magic happens when the right people come together at the right time.
And our vision? We’re here to shake up the agency model—ditching the rigid in favour of the agile, putting trust and adaptability at the core, and crafting creative that actually moves the needle.
What recent achievement, event, or initiative are you particularly proud of?
We’re still buzzing from our wins at Kuldmuna—Estonia’s top creative awards. Getting that golden nod from the industry feels like a giant high-five for the way we work: small but mighty teams, brave ideas, and true partnership.
But that’s not all—we recently kicked off The Great Creative Mobilization, our open call for the dreamers, doers, and wolves of the creative world to join The Creative Wolfpack. It’s not just recruitment, it’s a movement. Because we believe the future of creative work lies in fearless collaboration.
How would you best describe your team and internal culture?
We’re not your usual crew—we’re a pack. The Creative Wolfpack, to be exact. Our culture is all about trust, freedom, and giving people space to use their superpowers.
We grow not by scaling headcount, but by bringing in the right talent at the right time. It’s a fluid, flexible, and fiercely collaborative setup where everyone brings their best to the table—and knows they’re valued for it.
Which habits bring you success?
Curiosity. Hunger. Courage.
Curiosity keeps us asking what if? and why not?—it’s the spark behind every great idea.
Hunger fuels our drive to do better, dig deeper, and push boundaries with every project.
And courage? That’s what lets us take bold leaps, trust the process, and challenge the ordinary.
These habits aren’t just values—they’re our daily rhythm. They keep us sharp, grounded, and always reaching for the next creative breakthrough.
What does a typical workday look like, and how do Workland’s solutions meet your needs?
If you peeked into a day at KAGU, you’d see a lot of creativity in motion—brainstorms that turn into storyboards, strategy sessions that morph into moodboards, and Slack chats that somehow feel like coffee shop convos.
Workland Fahle gives us the perfect home for this kind of magic. It’s not just a place to plug in laptops—it’s a buzzing, inspiring space that matches our energy and fuels our flow.
List three words that best describe your experience at Workland.
Inspiring. Supportive. Empowering.
It’s where our ideas grow up and get brave. Workland feels like a launchpad, not just an office.
What types of businesses would you encourage to join the Workland community?
If you’re building something bold—whether it’s a brand, a business, or just a big idea—Workland is your kind of place.
Startups, indie agencies, creatives, consultants—anyone who craves flexibility, community, and a space that sparks ideas will feel right at home here. It’s a playground for people who mean business (but like to have fun while doing it).
