Glimstedt is a law firm for business customers. We are mainly engaged in consulting on transactions, restructuring of businesses and providing general commercial law advice. The company also has offices in Sweden, Lithuania and Latvia, employing more than 250 advocates and lawyers altogether.
What challenges or needs did you face that led you to look for a solution like Workland?
We needed a well-located modern space quickly. We also needed flexibility, since at that time we were not (and are not even now) able to predict exactly how much space we need and when.
How is Workland helping your business on a daily basis?
A good location and representation are essential for us. This is why we are supported by a professional reception/secretarial service and the availability of high-quality conference rooms.
Depending on your own specific needs when looking for a space, what are the main advantages and disadvantages of Workland Hobujaama compared to other similar office spaces?
I personally like the open space, however, for advocates, it is often difficult, since the analytical work that needs to be delved into, could be interrupted. In Workland, it is possible to use a separate office; meeting rooms or phone booths can also be used upon need. Accordingly, all the required solutions are there. There are clear advantages compared to a traditional workspace, including flexibility and good layout.
