Workland Maakri 19

Looking for office rent in Tallinn that combines flexibility, prestige, and convenience? Workland Maakri 19 offers private offices and flexible coworking solutions designed for modern teams.

Does traditional office rent in Tallinn fits your business needs?

For decades, renting an office meant signing a multi-year lease, paying a hefty deposit, and investing in interior build-out and furniture before you could even start working. While this model once made sense, today’s businesses increasingly find it restrictive.

What to consider if you’re renting a traditional office Tallinn:

  • Long contracts – committing to 3, 5, or even 10 years, regardless of how your business evolves.

  • High upfront costs – deposits, renovations, and furniture purchases add up quickly.

  • Lack of flexibility – scaling up means moving offices, scaling down means paying for unused space.

  • Hidden costs – utilities, cleaning, internet, and maintenance are often billed separately.

For startups, international companies entering the Estonian market, and even established teams looking for agility, this traditional model feels outdated.

This is where Workland steps in. Our approach to flexible office rent is built on adaptability: flexible contracts, transparent pricing, and ready-to-use workspaces that allow businesses to move in and start working right away.

  • Ideal for freelancers or small teams.

  • Consistent place to work, with lower monthly costs compared to private office rental.
