Workland Group, the largest fully serviced office and coworking operator in the Baltic States, has announced a change in its leadership team. Laura Panovienė, who has led Workland’s operations in Lithuania since 2016, has been appointed Group Executive Manager, succeeding Igor Beloborodov, who has led the company’s group-level operations and growth for 10 years.

“The past 10 years have been marked by active expansion in the Baltic region. At the moment, we are shifting focus from growth to process optimization and standardization in preparation for the next stages of development. Lithuania shows strong financial and operational results within the group context, so this operational leadership change is a natural step in strengthening the group’s position in the market,” – comments Indrek Hääl, founder and CEO of “Workland”.
