What is your field of expertise?

Knowzilla operates at the intersection of AI, sales enablement, and learning.

We help companies onboard and train sales teams faster through AI-powered playbooks, contextual coaching, and real-time support during customer conversations. In simple terms: we make sales knowledge actually usable when people need it most + we take away the boring but necessary admin tasks such as updating the CRM.

Helping sales people be the better version of themselves and keep winning, and sales orgs understand what these winning behaviours are.

What recent achievement, event, or initiative are you particularly proud of?

One of the things we’re most proud of is how quickly we turned Knowzilla from an idea into something real teams are actively testing. We’ve launched pilot programs with early customers, validated the problem with sales teams, and built an AI-powered onboarding and enablement platform designed to help reps ramp faster and perform better from day one.

We are very early but after participating and having many events and workshops (best one so far was actually here at Workland).

The idea is landing as well as actually helping sales teams.

How would you best describe your team and internal culture?

Fast-moving, curious, and brutally honest in the best possible way. One of our accidental values has become: Don’t be scared. We are not afraid to experiment and we expect to win.

We’re a small international team with backgrounds in sales, AI, product, and engineering, and we care deeply about building something genuinely useful. There’s very little hierarchy - good ideas win regardless of title.

Which habits bring you success?

●      Staying close to users and listening more than we pitch

●      Shipping fast instead of waiting for perfection

●      Learning continuously, especially in a fast-changing AI landscape

●      Ask yourself - is there an easier or faster way to do this?

What does a typical workday look like, and how do Workland’s solutions meet your needs?

What matters most for us is flexibility and an environment that supports both focused work and collaboration. Workland fits that perfectly: whether it’s quick team syncs, meeting clients, hosting workshops, or simply having a professional and inspiring place to build from.

For a startup, having that balance of energy, convenience, and community makes a huge difference.

List three words that best describe your experience at Workland.

Collaborative. Flexible. Coffee.

What types of businesses would you encourage to join the Workland community?

Companies that value ambition, adaptability, and community.

Workland is especially great for startups, scale-ups, remote-first teams, and modern service companies that want more than just desks and meeting rooms. It’s a strong fit for businesses that move fast, collaborate often, and benefit from being surrounded by other driven people building interesting things
