What is your field of expertise?
I’m an Instagram mentor and business coach. I help entrepreneurs grow their online businesses using Instagram as their main marketing source.
What recent achievement, event, or initiative are you particularly proud of?
I’m very proud of my own community, which recently turned two years old and now brings together 370 entrepreneurs. Every year I organise big events for them at Hilton, where Estonia’s top specialists speak. I’m honestly proud that I can support entrepreneurs daily and help them grow on their journey.
How would you best describe your team and internal culture?
My team is small but very strong. Our atmosphere is super open and trusting. We focus on making sure everyone feels comfortable and can use their personal strengths in their work. Everyone does what they enjoy, and that makes our workflow really smooth.
Which habits bring you success?
Definitely planning and focus. And honestly, I can only do that when I’m working at Workland. At home it’s harder to concentrate and in cafés I always meet someone I know - time disappears. Discipline helps me reach my goals.
What does a typical workday look like, and how do Workland’s solutions meet your needs?
My days include a lot of filming, Zoom calls and computer work. At Workland I can do all of it - I use the shared areas or small meeting rooms for filming, and I can take my Zoom calls in the coworking zones. When I want to be productive and finish things fast, this is the place I come to. I also love working here in the evenings - it’s extra quiet and super cosy.

What types of businesses would you encourage to join the Workland community?
Everyone! For real - everyone! But especially people who want to get things done and need a calm, beautiful space for that. Workland is such an amazing place to work in - there’s always something exciting happening and the rooms are absolutely beautiful!
