1. What does your company do?
Not every company needs its own lawyer. Every company does need a trusted legal partner. That is the idea EFTA Legal was built on.
We act as an extension of our clients' businesses, providing the expertise of an in-house legal team without the need to hire one. We support companies with everything from contracts and employment law to disputes and debt recovery.
We believe legal advice should be practical, responsive, and easy to understand. Rather than producing lengthy legal opinions, our focus is on delivering solutions that help businesses make better decisions.
2. What recent achievement, event or initiative are you most proud of?
Our greatest achievement is not the number of clients we have. It is the trust they place in us.
We are proud that more and more businesses see us not simply as a legal service provider, but as their long-term legal partner. Our goal is to become involved before problems arise – helping clients prevent risks, support everyday business decisions, and provide trusted legal guidance.
We are equally proud that our debt recovery services always reflect our clients' business interests. Whenever possible, we aim not only to recover outstanding debts but also to preserve valuable business relationships.
3. How would you describe your team and company culture?
A great business lawyer needs to understand more than the law. They need to understand both business and their client's business.
That principle defines the way we work. Several members of our team have previously owned or managed businesses across different industries. This experience allows us to see legal matters not only from a legal perspective but also through the eyes of a business owner, giving us a deeper understanding of our clients' commercial needs and decision-making.
We actively share knowledge, support one another, and combine our experience to deliver solutions that are not only legally sound but also practical and commercially meaningful.
4. What habits help you succeed?
The biggest mistake in legal advisory work is giving advice before understanding how the client's business really operates.
Great legal advice starts with listening. We take time to understand our clients' goals, respond quickly, and discuss complex matters as a team. This helps us deliver solutions that are not only legally correct but also commercially practical.
5. What does a typical workday look like, and how does Workland support your needs?
We don't spend our energy managing an office. We spend it on our clients.
Every day is different and requires both focused work and close collaboration. Workland provides a professional environment while taking care of everything needed to keep the office running smoothly.
That allows us to focus on what we do best – advising our clients and creating value for their businesses.
6. Three words that best describe your Workland experience
Thoughtful. Premium. Dynamic.
7. What kind of companies would you recommend Workland to?
Entrepreneurs should be running their business, not worrying about printers, cleaners, and coffee machines.
We recommend Workland to companies that want to focus on growing their business rather than managing office operations. In our experience, it is a flexible, cost-effective solution that grows together with your business.
We also appreciate Workland's resource-efficient concept. Each company has its own private office while meeting rooms, kitchens, and shared spaces are used collectively. It is a thoughtful and sustainable approach to creating a modern workplace.
