As Kaunas has a great deal of potential and it is more and more appealing to foreign investors, it is time to set up modern and flexible working environments for businesses and people visiting the city. Workland Laisvės is located in one of the longest pedestrian streets in Eastern Europe (1621 m), Laisvės Avenue, famous for its 567 lindens planted by locals. Workland Quadrum, a new coworking space in Vilnius, is located on the Neris River in a rapidly growing central business district and surrounded by financial institutions, restaurants and shopping malls. Quadrum features a day care centre, sports facilities, laundry, underground and electric parking and electric bicycle rental. Workland Quadrum offers natural light, panoramic views of the river and a cosy outdoor terrace for up to 150 people.
Both new workspaces will be opened in winter 2019/2020. Bookings are already being accepted.
