1. What is the primary activity of LiMA? What is your mission and vision?
The Lithuanian Marketing Association (LiMA) is one of the strongest professional associations and the largest marketing community in Lithuania, uniting more than 1,300 members. We organize over 70 events and conferences annually, contributing in various ways to strengthening marketing in Lithuania. Our goal is to be the core of the marketing community, fostering marketing competencies based on best international practices and promoting marketing leadership and its importance in business and society.
2. What recent achievement, event, or initiative are you proud of?
One of LiMA’s latest initiatives is the LiMA members' mentorship program, where more experienced marketing professionals share their expertise with those looking to accelerate their careers in marketing or solve other professional challenges. We believe that sharing experiences benefits both the mentee and the mentor.
3. How do you maintain smooth and efficient teamwork?
Working in an open space office supports effective communication and allows for quick resolution of challenges as they arise. At the same time, having individual meetings in separate meeting rooms, sound-isolating phone booths, and shared spaces helps us plan future activities in detail.
4. How do Workland spaces meet your team’s needs?
We are based at Workland on Gediminas Avenue 20, an exceptional location in the heart of Vilnius. It provides easy access for our community and partners. Workland also offers many unique spaces where we organize our LiMA DIGITAL and PRO certification courses, as well as events for the certified marketing professionals (SMP) community. Additionally, Workland has plenty of meeting rooms where we hold our team or board sessions.
