Are you tired of working from home or the same old traditional office, or do you just want to mix things up and work somewhere with a little more pizazz? Whether you need a change of scenery or to upgrade your work environment, coworking spaces like Workland might be the perfect fit for you. Not only do they offer a modern and professional environment, but you'll also have access to amenities like high-speed internet, printing services, and coffee to help you get through your workday. And if you're in need of a little socialization, Workland offers events and workshops to meet like-minded people, or you can just strike up a conversation by the water cooler.

Estonia's best-known company offering coworking spaces, Workland, has already 13 unique shared offices in Tallinn, Riga, Vilnius and Kaunas. The largest Workland office in the Baltic States will soon be opened in Fahle Park, Tallinn, and it will accommodate approx. 300 people. Here are 7 reasons why Workland Fahle is a diverse and inspiring work environment.

1. There is room for thoughts

The centre has private offices of different sizes and desks in open-plan areas. In addition to workspaces, the centre has numerous meeting rooms, a spacious kitchen/lounge, and several common areas for teamwork or meetings. Regardless of your specific workspace in Workland Fahle, you will definitely find inspiring places to come up with the best ideas!

2. A unique and bold design

The new Workland Fahle surprises with bold design and exciting room solutions. The former historic paper factory now has modern-looking workspaces, where among other things, you can find:

  • A design with an outstanding colour scheme, for example, a powder pink kitchen inspired by the 1950s, with a pleasant cafe-style milieu.

  • Private office solutions for teams of all sizes. There are small offices for 2 people as well as for 4 people or larger ones for 10.

  • Open plan collaboration areas and hot desk and dedicated desk solutions.

  • Various meeting rooms colourfully highlight the building's former purpose and history. The former cellulose acid pool now houses the centre's largest meeting room.

  • Plenty of call booths for uninterrupted calls and video meetings.

  • Rest areas where you can relax and meet other coworkers during the working day. There will be around 300 people working in Fahle centre.

  • A versatile gym, ideal for an active break from mental work and to get new energy moving in the body!

  • For those who prefer to travel by car, there are convenient parking spaces available. But with public transport running directly in front of the building, it's easy to go green and leave the car at home.

3. Cozy atmosphere for lunchbreaks

In addition to the Workland office spaces, Fahle Park also houses cosy cafes and restaurants where you can grab a bite to eat or have a meeting. From Argentina on Fahle Gallery street to Manoly Coffee House in the complex and Paper Mill, a short walk away, you'll have plenty of options to choose from. Furthermore, the surrounding Sikupilli area offers even more opportunities to step out of the office for a quick break or lunch without having to travel too far. No matter your preferences, the new business quarter has something for everyone.

4. The location on the bustling street of Tallinn

Workland Fahle has very good accessibility, all major transport connections are located right in front of the house, and the centre of Tallinn is only a 3-minute drive away. This way, regardless of where you live, you can get to the office comfortably by taking the tram from Kalamaja-Kopli or jumping on the number 4 tram from Järve-Tondi. Even suburbanites, residents of Mõigu and Peetri can travel comfortably to work by bus or car - directly along the Tartu highway.

Thus Fahle Park is the most convenient place for both those arriving and departing from a flight to focus on work or organize last-minute client meetings. A convenient transportation connection allows you to travel from the Workland Fahle office to the airport (or vice versa) by bus, tram, 5-minute taxi ride, or car. In addition to the airport, the Tallinn Bus Station is also nearby.

At a Workland centre, you'll have access to everything you need for a productive day at the office. Simply bring your computer and phone, and the on-site team will take care of the rest. This includes assistance with meetings, such as welcoming guests and directing them to the meeting room.
